Payment Options


We accept credit cards, money order, personal check and cashier's check.

We accept COD payment from established customers only. An extra $10 charge is added for COD's.


Credit Card
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo.
  • Your credit card will not be billed until your order is ready to be shipped.

Standard Written Check and Money Order
If you wish to pay by money order or check please complete the shopping cart checkout and mail payment to:

  • Be sure to write the order number on your check.
  • All payments must be in USD and made payable to: KP Jewelry.
  • COD orders must be paid by cashier's check or money order only.


*Important: if you pay by check, money order, or cashier's check we will have to wait 7-10 business days until your check has cleared before we can ship your order.


Shipping & Handlings

  • Free UPS shipping on all orders.
  • Orders are shipped within two (2) business days.
  • Standard shipping is UPS 3 Day Select for arrival up to 4-6 business days from the order date.
  • For an additional charge of $15 , all Express Shipping Items in your order will be shipped via UPS.
  • When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.

Sales Tax

No sales tax is added. Seller Tax ID required on all orders.


Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange it or refund your money within 30 days of the date on your invoice.

  • 30 Day returns and exchanges on unworn, undamaged merchandise only.
  • Refunds apply to the purchase price of item(s) only.
  • All refunds will be issued in the same manner the original purchase was made.
  • Security tags must not be removed, tampered or it is not refundable.
  • Non insured packages will be returned to sender.
  • Upon receiving your return, the item(s) will inspected by our Quality Assurance Team.
  • Please allow us three (3) business day to process your return.

Return Instruction:

Please call Customer Service at (323) 276-1976 for a Return Authorization Number.
Package without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
