Return Policy:
*For all returns and exchanges items are gladly accepted with simple term and fairness. Our principal objective is to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and integrity.
*10 days return and exchanges on unworn, undamaged merchandise only.(All packages must be received at our office within 30 days of your receipt of purchase.)
*Once your return has been received by our company you will receive an e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within 3 to 5 working days.
*Refunds apply to the purchase price of item(s) only.
*Shipping fees are not refundable.
*Package without a price code tags on the merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
*Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:

2. Include the invoice for return.
3. Circle the item(s) for return and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on the invoice.

*Notice: return or exchanges will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
*For security purpose, please do not write the word(s) jewelry, gold or diamond on package.
*When we have received and inspected the return item(s), we will issue a refund or customer credit (for exchanges) Please allow us 3 to 5 days to process your return. After receiving your mail of merchandise.
Shipping & Handling
*We do not ship orders outside the United States.
*All orders will be shipped via UPS.
*We charge a flat rate of $15.00 per order for shipping and handling.
*An confirmation number will be given by phone or e-mail(for tracking order use only)
*If merchandise are not in stock it will take 3 to 4 weeks (after placing order).
*All in-stock merchandise will be shipped immediately.
*If your item is damaged through shipping, please hold the merchandise and the package it came in. Then contact the delivering carrier(UPS) to arrange for an inspection and then notify us at once (323) 276-1974.
Payment Options
*We gladly accept Credit cards (online or by phone), Money Orders or cashier’s checks (pay on delivery). All of your information is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with any outside agencies.
*Please note: If you pay by, money order, cashier’s check, or certified bank checks denominated in U.S. dollars as payment must have the customers name and address imprinted on the check front.
*For (C.O.D) fee will be collected by carrier at time of delivery of merchandise (UPS).
* There are no layaway program for purchase.
